Specifically crafted to be the ultimate single malt for golden and summer ales, it quickly earned acclaim within the craft brewing and later craft distilling industries for its distinctive flavour qualities. Made from the rare Schooner variety grown sustainably here in the Riverina, Veloria embodies the traits of traditional English barley and richly flavoured ale malts.
