Root Shoot’s version of a Maris Otter or Golden Promise base malt. Biscuity, nutty, and a touch of saltine cracker. Light toast flavor with a slightly darker color creates a dry, clean beer. Balances well with hop bitterness for crafting IPAs or any English-style beer. Up to 100% grist; English and American styles
