Crafted solely from sustainably grown, high-protein barley sourced from local Riverina farms, our Chit Malt undergoes immediate kilning after a cool-temperature, pilsner-style steeping process. With a light colour and subtle flavour profile, this malt is ideal for enhancing body, foam, and head retention in various beer styles. It also supports improved starch conversion and adds to haze stability.
