Crafted solely from Certified Organically grown, barley sourced exclusively from Chris and Samantha Greenwood’s Regenerative farm in Coleambally NSW, our Organic Chit Malt undergoes immediate kilning after a cool- temperature, pilsner-style steeping process. With a light colour and subtle flavour profile, this malt is ideal for enhancing body, foam, and head retention in various beer styles. It also supports improved starch conversion and adds to haze stability.
