A lighter style semi sweet, golden, lightly toasted biscuit malt. Our Fresh Roasted Biscuit Malt is carefully crafted to bring a delicate balance of flavour and aroma to your brews. Using our premium ale malt as the base, we drum roast at very low temperatures over an extended period of time. This slow, precise process develops a semi- sweet, golden malt with light toasted biscuit notes, creating a malt that is both versatile and richly nuanced.
