Flavour and description

Viking Cara Body Malt is a gently malted and slightly caramelized special malt produced from 2-row brewing barley. Its flavor is soft and balanced, containing clear cereal notes. Taste impact is modest in general, but slight a sweetness and some malty notes can be found. Main intention of Viking Cara Body Malt is to give extra body into any beer, especially to low-colored beers like lagers. This malt will also support head retention. Dosage rate up to 10%.
