Light Munich malt has a sweet, aromatic flavor with hints of nutty brown sugar. It's perfect for adding complexity and depth of flavor to your beer. And because it's a light malt, it won't weigh down your brew or make it too sweet. A rich base malt with a ruby red color and spectrum of maillard flavors and aromas. Use in Pale Ale recipes as well as dark beers for complex flavor, mouthfeel, color, and aroma.
