The malt is made from high-quality roasted barley, giving it great color and flavor. And because it's produced in small batches, you can be sure you're getting the freshest, most flavorful malt possible. Also called a Brown Malt, this lightly roasted malt is reminiscent of coffee and can be used in stouts and porters.
