Vienna Malt is kilned to develop rich malt aroma and flavour with a lighter colour than Munich malt. It delivers smooth bready notes, subtle toast character and balanced sweetness, adding depth and golden hue without contributing crystal-style flavours. Suitable for use as a base malt or in combination with other malts, Vienna Malt enhances malt complexity and colour in pale ales, lagers, Märzen and amber beer styles.
