Flavour and description
Rye Malt provides a distinctive, slightly spicy flavour profile that adds complexity and depth.* Naturally higher in protein and beta-glucans, Rye Malt enhances mouthfeel and head retention while contributing a smooth, slightly dry finish. Its characteristic rye spice is balanced by subtle grain sweetness, making it an excellent addition to rye IPAs, pale ales, saisons and specialty ales. *The use of rice hulls is recommended with Rye Malt to slow down lautering.
