Flavour and description

Chit Malt is an under-modified premium malt for brewing, designed to build fuller body, strengthen foam structure, and improve overall beer texture without significantly impacting flavour or colour. Its higher protein content and low colour contribution make it ideal for hazy IPA, New England IPA and other unfiltered, hop-forward craft beer styles where stable turbidity and lasting head retention are critical.
