Crystal 80, the darkest in our portfolio, is produced using a proprietary kilning technique that mimics the stages of a standard roasting profile without the intense heat. The result is a truly crystalized malt that delivers syrupy smooth dark cherry, bakers chocolate, finishing with a touch of coffee cake and oak. Try it in a classic English Mild or Barleywine recipe.
