BEST Caramel Hell intensifies the typical caramel malt aroma of the beer and leads to a full-bodiedness reminiscent of honey and cream caramel. The beer color shifts toward golden yellow to amber, depending on the proportion in the grain bill. Foam and flavor stability are also increased. The gentle caramelization process is the basis for this outstanding specialty malt. For Helles, Märzen, wheat beers, light beers, reduced-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers, all golden to amber specialty beers.
